About

My experience working with clients in the SaaS space taught me that

diagnosing the “why” behind a process was the key to success.

What I do

By analyzing your company’s workflows, I bring value to your customers by maximizing efficiency. Streamlining processes enables your employees to perform their tasks more quickly and with greater ease, improving productivity and turnaround times and saving you money.

By creating clear and easily accessible process documentation, I ensure that everyone in your organization knows which steps to follow and where to find guidance if needed, reducing errors and inconsistencies.

Additionally, through the development and presentation of training materials, I guarantee that all team members are well equipped to implement the new procedures effectively, fostering a culture of competence in delivering high-quality outcomes to your customers.

How I do it

For example, one of the most recent projects I lead was an initiative to simplify the collection of client data. As they transitioned onto our product, clients worked with several different teams,  each with their own set of data to collect.

Due to lack of cohesion in the process, our customers sometimes had to give the same information to multiple people. This not only created duplicative work, but left a poor impression on our users.

By identifying the purpose behind each piece of information being collected, I determined when in the process it should be obtained, by whom, and what it would be used for. This eliminated duplicate questions, saving employees time and increasing efficiency. It also revealed logical milestones in the customer journey that provided more concrete criteria to assess client readiness.

About me

While my most recent work has been in the healthcare and real estate/property management spaces, I also spent several years in small-business-to-consumer web marketing for the former Yellowpages.com and was the first point of contact for independent hotel owners on Expedia’s online travel booking platform. I have traveled to over 14 countries and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!
